The terms of our text message program.

The Program
Maura Leigh Grace, LLC, operating as Maura Grace Wisdom, offers a text message program that sends course announcements, event and retreat information, enrollment details, offers, and occasional teaching notes.
The program is operated in the United States and Canada.
Consent
You are enrolled only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive text messages, whether on a sign-up form, at an event, or through another opt-in we offer.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
By joining you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission, and that you are 18 or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly 2 to 6 messages per month, and more during an enrollment period or in the days around an event.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
How to Stop
Reply STOP to any message from us to be removed from the program. You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further.
You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, your device, or your coverage.
Your Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging platform, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
